Abel dragged tempus along for a rare opportunity the stallion pushed the light colored coated mare toward a tent at the local fair. "You made me do the tarot reading so now were going to do something else kinda interesting..." he explained as Tempus stopped in front of the tent. The mare looked back "Ok tell me about it before we go in there..so I can act amazed.." she teased a bit laughing lightly. Abel only smiled his green eyes lit up "Ok, so they claim to have this magic mirror..that shows you something you see for yourself in the future." he spoke looking to the tent and back. "Its not always good..but not always bad, it can show your own desires or things that will pass in the future" he said in a spooky voice, smiling and laughing with Tempus. The mare lifted a brow "This sounds silly in comparison to tarot cards.. " she added before heading into the tent carefully poking her head in. The tent was simple, the large mirror hung on the wall, a full length one at that. It had
Tempus carried her bucket with their new matching costumes, all excited about the chance to go hunt candy in the local area. They were holding a event similar to a easter egg hunt but for candy though. She had dragged Abel out here with her. Candy was a special treat and Tempus had a sweet tooth like no one else she knew "Abel..come on...you better fill that entire bucket full of candy" she scolded, looking back at the unamused male who set his bucket down. "Really come on tempus, this is for kids..your gonna get a bunch of candy..and leave the kids with none?" he asked confused as Tempus looked back twitching. Abel pinned his ears back going wide eyed as Tempus leaned in real close "Abel..just fill your bucket and I wont hurt you..got it cupcake?" she snapped nearly breaking her bucket. "Yes ma'am.." he picked his bucket up, carefully waiting for them to yell start. The last bit of candy was being distributed around and hidden in places. Tempus watched super eager dancing in place in
Abel followed tempus around as she picked out the matching outfits. "Do we really gotta dress up tempus arent we a little old for all this?" he muttered looking around with her over the handmade outfits. 'I guess she is a girl afterall, loves dress up secretly, Ive never seen her so filly like' he thought as he noticed he wasnt the only male being dragged around by a mare. Tempus dug through the outfits thinking on each one picturing the two of them in said costumes. "Hey abel..would you be ok with kinda a matched set..normally its a couple thing but thought itd be cool to go with a matching theme." she smiled back at him. Abel sighed even heavier "Matching costumes? I dont know Tempus..thats weird to me..I dont know what half this stuff is." he grumbled looking away wishing to be literally anywhere but here. "Well you know..if I know what your wearing I can explain it better to others if they ask instead of you just looking stupid because your dressed up and dont even know what movie
Abel dropped some wood down, and twigs as he looked at the spot they decided to build their camp fire. The dark toned brown of his coat mixed in well with the woods. Unfortunately his white back legs stood out as a sore thumb but once he laid down he'd be virtually camouflaged. "Where is tempus..I thought she was just hunting small game tonight.." he perked his ears listening for the mare, green eyes struggling to see in the dark, but he wasnt to concerned. He knew tempus could handle her own if she needed too or he'd hear her yelling for help. Tempus meanwhile was chasing down a fox, tricky little thing but a decent enough meal for both of them. The mare finally grabbed it by its fluffy tail dragging it to her. She delivered a killing blow, no need to make the thing suffer, as she picked it up and carried it back to the camp site. Abel got the fire roaring, its yellow and orange glow a lighten beckon at night making Tempus way back much easier, as she moved between trees and climbed
Tempus and Abel were yet again caught running for their lives. Abel looked back to see if the large creature was still following them. "Go into the cave you said....safe you said!" he nearly yelled as his green hooves were at full gallop. The mountain stallion thought back about what happened a mere twenty minutes ago, when all was peaceful. Tempus had just caught dinner, a few rabbits to enjoy, but refused to let abel eat. "The kill is gonna attract other predators we need to go somewhere a bit more safe to eat these." she said sternly giving him a look before spotting a deep cave. "In there...we can make a fire and stay toasty warm out of this wind for the whole night.." she smiled two rabbits dangling from her mouth by their long floppy ears. The mare trotted closer flicking her tail all excited for a warm cozy nights rest. Abel followed behind as his tummy loudly gurgled and yelled at him to be fed. "Ok fine tempus but you better give me the bigger rabbit! After all this stallion
Tempus woke up in a strange foreign place, looking around confused, her red eyes scanning the terrain for someone...or something. She couldnt remember, as she looked to the spot on the ground next to her, someone was here. Who was it. "Hello?" she called out into the darkness concentrating real hard "Abel..." she struggled to picture the male in her mind. Why. "Abelll.." she called out louder taking a few steps forward. Her eyes saw a glimpse of the male in the woods. Abel looked back at her tilting his head seeming confused by her staring at him, his ears perked to the sound of his name. Tempus smiled "Abel...hey.." she trotted closer grateful to have found him, ears perked and tail swishing back and forth. As tempus approached though Abel moved back some seeming to float through the dense woods. "W-wait!" she called toward him, moving into the foggy treeline quickly. Where was he going without her. Abel continued to move stopping every few minutes to stare at her with a empty gaze.
Abel stretched after a restful nights sleep, yawning as he slowly stood, shaking out his large mane. The stallion rolled his shoulders back, and stretched out each back leg individually. "Hey tempus..you up yet..its time to get going..I think we even slept in a bit.." he joked looking over to what appeared to be a sleeping tempus. The mare shifted lightly in her sleep but didnt wake up. The stallion carefully approached, he remembered last time he had tried to wake her from a deep sleep, he'd nearly lost a arm. Tempus had been so mad she chased the stallion down determined to tear him apart. As abel was in thought Tempus shifted her weight some, lifting a different leg, going back to what looked like sleep. Abel hesitated as he considered his options. 'Hm..maybe I can wake her up by other means..' he looked around, finding a rock, 'Yes this will do...if I can just make it gently hit her she can awake and i can quickly close my eyes and pretend im still asleep' he thought. Tempus stood
Tempus and Abel continued on their endless journey, talking about all the weird things theyve seen and done the last few days. It was truly never a bore when they explored together. "Tempus you think we can have a normal day today? No ghouls...no threats of red things in the sky.." he joked partially looking over to the mare. Tempus couldnt help but laugh lightly "Yes...I think we can manage that..I dont see why not, a normal day would be nice" she added as the two of them stepped into the deadwoods. "We just gotta get through here and than its smooth sailing." she spoke as the fog rolled in. Abel sighed "Yes..through the dead woods.." he shuddered, flicking his tail a bit. "Eyes open...ears on high alert, im not taking any chances this time around." abel huffed and snorted as he shook his neck. "Lets go.." he grumbled. Tempus tried not to laugh at the males clearly irritated state it was always amusing to see Abel get huffy. She smiled as she picked up into a trot. "Why dont we keep a
Abel and Tempus walked down the way a bit, little tents selling their wares and the like, as tempus paused at a fortune telling tent. "Want to do something for fun?" she leaned at him, brushing against his side. Abel turned his nose away "I dont know tempus...I dont really put much stock in these silly sort of things." he grumbled. Tempus laughed "With how long ive been alive you think I do? No its just for fun...always interesting when someone tries to read you based on cards youve picked. Its still kinda fun to do and see what they say." she smiled at the stallion batting those eyelashes around her soft red eyes. "Please.." she begged sweetly, tugging on his fluffy mane. Abel looked at the tent up and down, looked back at the practically flowing Tempus, who was prancing in place like a filly. He took a long exasperated sigh, he struggled saying no to her, as he simply nodded "Fine tempus you win, but than we go get some lunch...ok..cause im starving.." he gruffed a bit. The mare
